Straight answers
Is it really free?
Yes. The QR card and the message writer are free and need no sign-up. Pro plans ($19 a month or $190 a year) are coming later and are not for sale yet.
Can I ask only my happy customers?
No, and we won't help with that. Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers (it's called review gating), and it doesn't allow gifts or discounts for reviews. We help you ask everyone the same way.
Do you send texts for me?
No. When you tap the button, your own texting app or email opens with the message filled in. You press send. That's why there are no texting fees.
What if Pro isn't right for me?
