What FairAsk is
FairAsk offers free tools that help a business ask its customers for reviews, and will later offer a paid plan called Pro.
Fair use rules
- Ask every customer the same way. Don't use FairAsk to ask only happy customers or to steer unhappy ones away from reviewing.
- Don't offer money, gifts, or discounts for reviews.
- Don't write fake reviews or ask anyone to.
- Only contact customers who agreed to hear from you, and follow texting and email laws.
- Don't use FairAsk for a healthcare business.
Paid plans (when launched)
You pay up front for each month or year. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing page, and the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds: full refund if you ask within 7 days of a payment.
No promises about results
We can't promise more reviews, better ratings, or more sales. The tools are provided as they are.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. [NEEDS REVIEW]
